We are passionate about creating a remarkable customer experience and want to work with hardworking individuals who will represent our company with enthusiasm and integrity.Job SummaryMosquito Hunters Technicians are trained experts who apply mosquito control products to our clients' landscaping, participate in marketing initiatives, and provide a remarkable client experience.ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company and maintain a high level of customer serviceDrive to each client's home or businessSurvey each yard for mosquito habitats and breeding groundsReduce or apply larvicide to standing water on the propertyApply control products to the surrounding foliage using a 60 lb backpack sprayerMake recommendations to each clientAssist with marketing efforts like distributing door hangers or lawn signsQualificationsNo prior experience necessaryBe at least 18 years oldHave a valid driver's licenseHave reliable transportationHave proof of insuranceBe able to lift a minimum of 45 lbsEnjoy working outdoorsBe energetic, hardworking & reliablePossess excellent communication & customer service skillsExcel in a position of independence & responsibilityBe willing to take a state licensing exam (we train & pay for this)Benefits/PerksMeaningful compensation$15 - $25 per hourBonus & commission opportunitiesFlexible schedulingAutonomous, outdoor work environmentDevelop professional skillsCustomer serviceMarketing & salesAccountabilityHelping to fight against Public Enemy #1Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:Pest controlLawncare & landscapingOutdoorLabor & home servicesCustomer serviceDriversHigh school seniors (18+)College studentsSomeone seeking a 2nd job (flex schedule)Gig workers (Uber, Lyft, Postmates)Anyone who enjoys working outdoors (Arborist, Lawn Care, Painters)Amazon warehouseSales or retail
