This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.We are looking for someone that has a Water Mitigation/Construction Estimating Background in the Insurance industry with great customer service skills. This individual must be a self-starter, effective communicator and proficient with the latest in technology. An individual with Xactimate knowledge (Industry Related Estimating Software) is a must.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsCommunicate with property owners and insurance adjustersPlanning, Budgeting, and Team ExecutionEnsure job process and procedures are followedAdditional Responsibilities:Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesPosition RequirementsValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GEDExperience in the Fire and Water Restoration IndustryAbility to manage several projects at onceExcellent leadership and communication skillsKnowledgeable at estimating, job costing, and quality controlIICRC certifications WRT and ASD, Master designation a plusXactimate estimating software knowledge a plusSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawXactimate: 1-3 years is a plusWater Mitigation/Construction Estimating: 1-3 years is a plusExperience in TPA Program work a plusCompensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
