We're looking for a talented Labor & Employment Attorney in San Diego, CA with 3+ years of direct experience in litigation defense.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage a caseload of litigation files from inception through trial including: discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims; FLSA and wage and hour claims, including wage and hour class and collective action lawsuits
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Conduct depositions
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings


What You Need for this Position

  • 3+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience
  • Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
  • Admitted to practice law in California
