RN or LPN Alzheimer Unit Coordinator Job Responsibilities
This key role will work collaboratively to oversee and supervise all aspects of care and programming for dementia residents.
Additional responsibilities:
Designing and implementing creative activities for dementia residents
Developing care plans and performing assessments
Conducting resident screenings and family interviews
Job Requirements
Education: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN with valid Ohio License
Experience in development and facilitation of activity program preferred
Prior experience working in a skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia appreciated
