We are a dedicated and growing home health agency providing skilled nursing services in the home and school settings for children who need one-on-one care.Position SummaryWe are looking for caring, reliable LPNs to join our pediatric team You'll provide direct one-on-one care to children in their homes or school environmentssupporting families and making a difference in their daily lives.New nurses are welcome We provide hands-on training and mentorship with an experienced RN to ensure you feel confident and prepared.Why You'll Love Working With UsFlexible scheduling full-time, part-time, or per diemDay, evening, or overnight shifts availableCases close to home (we'll match you with families in your area)Supportive, family-oriented teamOngoing RN supervision and trainingCompetitive pay ratesResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes or schoolsAdminister medications and treatments as orderedMonitor and document patient conditions and progressCommunicate effectively with families, staff, and physiciansFollow agency care plans and safety protocolsMaintain accurate, up-to-date documentationRequirementsCurrent Pennsylvania LPN licenseCurrent CPR certificationRecent PPD (Tuberculosis Test)Reliable transportationCompassionate and patient-focused personalityBonus Points If You Have:Pediatric or home health experience (but not required xmcpwfu )Tracheostomy and/or ventilator experienceDesire to work closely with children and familiesRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
