Clinic DirectorHelio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., we are looking to hire a Clinic Director working a Full-Time schedule to provide coverage supervising and leading our staff to deliver the highest quality care to our patients in our Binghamton Inpatient Rehabilitation Program.In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $8,000.00 depending upon licensesure.Pay rate: $85,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year.ResponsibilitiesMaintains and provides supervision of clinic staff.Recruiting and selection of staff for employment.Ensuring continuing process improvement and staff development.Continuous staff performance evaluation and supervision.Knowledge and responsibility for fiscal operation of clinic.Implements Quality Improvement activities to include:Recommending clinic standards and measurements for continuous quality improvement.Supervising the provision of services.Evaluating clinic and identifying strengths/weaknesses.Managing problem resolution and implementation of supervisor approved clinic modifications.Participates in Management and Administrative Committees as assigned, or necessary.Maintains clinic records and statistical accountability utilizing Helio Health, Inc. data systems and required external data systems.Represents agency to the community.QualificationsMust hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, etc.) or Credential (including but not limited to CASAC, CPP, CPS etc.)Minimum four years clinical experience in an appropriate clinic setting.Minimum one-year supervisory experience in an appropriate clinic setting.Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in a related healthcare field strongly preferred.An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for educational and experience requirements.Knowledge of the biopsychosocial process of substance use disorders and/or mental health/recovery, self-help group process and principles of counseling.Knowledge of budgeting principles, resource management, and revenue management.Demonstrated knowledge and skills in supervision.Our Comprehensive Employee Benefits Package Includes:Health insurance including dental and vision for employees and families.Paid Vacation and Sick leave - No Waiting Period for accruals.Paid holidays, including a floating birthday holiday.401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.Company paid short-term disability insurance.Company sponsored life insurance.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Helio Health provides equal opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment, without regard to race, creed, color, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity and sexual orientation), parental status, religion, national origin, citizenship, status as a victim of domestic violence, age, military or veteran status, handicap or disability, family medical history or predisposing genetic characteristics or carrier status, marital status, family status, political affiliation, felony conviction record, status as a victim of a crime, or status as an employee who has complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit, or any other categories, status or activity protected by federal, state or local law.Salary and hourly compensation ranges are provided in accordance with NYS law and are based on Helio Health's good faith belief of what is accurate at the time of posting.
