Outpatient Therapist- IOP Mental Health Clinic Horizon Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist for our outpatient mental health clinic called Thousand Branches Wellness in Oklahoma Ciry, OK. This is a BRAND NEW and we are looking for someone to join our team This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.
