Warehouse Customer Service / Shipping Clerk ProLogistix is looking for motivated and experienced Customer Service/Shipping Clerks in Ontario, CA Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 5AM-1:30PM AVAILABLE TO WORK FROM 7AM-3:30PM Pay: $21.50/hour Job Duties: Warehouse/Shipping Clerk experienceCustomer serviceWord/Excel a mustData entryAnswer phone callsCopying and Filing documents (use a scanner/printer)Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.High school diploma or equivalentBasic MathStrong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issuesSolid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills Benefits and Perks: Temp-To-HireWeekly PaychecksOvertime availableCompetencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring):2+ years of administrative experience in a busy warehouse office environment.Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult customer or vendor situations diplomatically.Able to switch tasks throughout the day, prioritize and manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.Achieves results in a quality, timely, and cost-effective way. Sees priorities, plans the efficient use of resources, and monitors progress against objectives.Responds positively to change and adapted to new situations quickly. Able to take on a diverse range of tasks equally effectively.Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.
