KEY STAKEHOLDERS

Reporting Line: Country Manager and Export Brand Manager

Collaborates with:

o Internal: Estrella Damm US and United States Beverage sales and marketing teams

o External: Vendors, agencies, customers

 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Assist the Country Manager and US Brand Manager with daily tasks including:

-         Brand presentations

-         Support sales team

-         Help execute marketing programs

-         Invoicing

-         Create sales sheets and assist with design projects

-         Setup status calls and manage projects with suppliers

-         Answer consumer website inquiries

-         Keep artwork & documents up-to-date

-         Manage USB’s point-of-sale ordering system

-         Help execute direct mail programs

-         Assist with Public Relations

-         Event Management

Assist the Miami sales team with local brand activations and with trade visits to check promotions and on-brand execution


REQUIREMENTS

·      Ability to work 40+ hours per week.

·      Flexible schedule/Available to work daytime weekday, occasional evenings and weekends.

·      Must be at least 21 years of age

·      Professional appearance and demeanor

·      Strong written and oral communication skills

·      Interpersonal skills

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office

·      Must not be involved with, working for or representing any other beer, wine, or spirits brands

·      Must live in Miami

·      Design experience a plus (i.e.- Photoshop)

 

 


EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing / brand building experience
