This leadership role ensures that food and retail services are effective, efficient, and adhere to all regulatory standards. Blank hospital locationsCoordinates and manages the day-to-day operations of the Food Service group at the Children's Support Center headquartersAssists in development of and executes within the parameters set forth in the annual Facilities Services groupLeads the Managers and Supervisors across multiple shifts to ensure smooth 24/7/365 Food Service operations for hospitals and support locationsEnsures that department operations are effective, efficient, and delivered at the highest standard for qualityManages the hospital food service environment to ensure appropriate regulatory compliance with all authorities having legal control (AHJ), including but not limited to DOT, OSHA, CMMS, and TJCMaintains a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality food service program for patients, visitors, and staff at all hospital locations, as well as the Support CenterPartners with Quality, Strong4Life, and Clinical Nutrition, Infection Prevention, and Accreditation to ensure the highest levels of safetyMaintains third-party food service contracts at Scottish Rite and Arthur M.
