We are seeking an individual passionate about creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space this holiday season.The Fundamentals of What You'll Do:Prioritize each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.Support & assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, you are encouraged to take the initiative by solving problems and putting the customer's needs first.Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to your colleagues cultivating a team culture that is both positive and inclusive.Collaborate and be varied with communication styles as well as individual personalities within the team.We value hearing from individuals who possess:Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment.Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).Interest in skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.Adaptability and flexibility are recommended.Basic Technology Skills.We welcome talent with diverse experiences, ideas, and skills. The pay range for this position is $19.13 to $22.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience).
