We are seeking a Sr. Planner to manage a large product portfolio, network, or division. As a Sr. Planner, you will be accountable for demand planning, supply network planning, and distribution requirements planning activities to ensure stakeholder requirements are met through S&OP, Mid to Long-Term Capacity Planning, Material Resolution, Demand Forecasting, Master Data management, and other cadenced activities. You will act as a strategic partner to Ecolab's global business and operations teams, as well as various other internal and external stakeholders.The organization works closely with the business teams, OBLs, the plant teams, EC3 teams, and many other functions. The team continuously strives to work safely while maintaining excellent customer service metrics, optimizing the supply chain, managing inventory levels and risk, building strong relationships with other functions, among many other "day in the life" activities.What's in it For You:Opportunity for a long-term career path that allows for strong global exposure into all areas of Ecolab's supply chainAccess to best-in-class resources, tools, and technologyThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies in the worldWhat You Will Do:Accountable for the Supply and Demand plan to ensure stakeholder requirements are met through S&OP, Mid to Long-Term Capacity Planning, Material Resolution, Demand Forecasting, Master Data management, and other cadenced activitiesSupport global supply chain and business teams with supply/demand processes, life cycle planning, material allocation, global standardization, and supply chain best practicesUtilize project management skills to lead complex, large scope/business impact continuous improvement activities with global and cross-functional teamsAdvanced problem identification/solving, navigating ambiguous situations, and driving changeMay or may not have some direct or indirect people management responsibilitiesApplies knowledge of global business/marketplace to advance organizational goalsInfluences internal/external partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesDesigns and establishes new network procedures or solutions to drive value through increased efficiency or performanceManages daily operational partnerships with internal plants, warehouses, global teams, and the larger Ecolab One TeamFoster a collaborative work environmentAdditional duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study2 years of work experience in supply chain, finance, marketing, or a related analytical disciplineHigh level of proficiency with ERPs, advanced planning system, analytical or equivalent softwareExperience building partnerships to effectively work within cross-functional teamsDemonstrated ability to implement communication strategies that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesHigh level of competency with data accumulation, data processing, and data presentation to drive data driven solutions and process improvements (PowerBI, Excel, etc.)Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholdersAbility to successfully navigate through ambiguous and complex situationsAbility to consistently deliver results and make good and timely decisionsPreferred Qualifications:Advanced technical or business degreeExperience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.APICS CertificationBenefits: Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.
