We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data and Analytics Strategy, to join our growing Data and Analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic analytics initiatives that support pharmaceutical client engagement and drive business growth. This position is ideal for a highly analytical and client-focused professional with deep expertise in pharmaceutical data and a strong ability to translate business requirements into analytics plans and subsequently, analytics insights into strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions and support the Vice President and Executive Director in driving innovation and performance across the Data and Analytics portfolio.Responsibilities include:Leading the design and development of tailored analytics solutions that address pharmaceutical client needs across commercial teamsOverseeing the business performance and effectiveness of projects aligned to the Data and Analytics portfolioMaintaining strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturersImplementing functional strategies with functional teams across various internal functions to ensure seamless execution of analytics initiativesSupporting strategic planning and development of next-generation analytics capabilitiesContributing to thought leadership efforts, including client presentations and industry engagementsMonitoring performance metrics and providing insights to optimize solution effectiveness and client impactInfluencing department strategy on next generation of analytics capabilities to be developed to maximize enterprise resultsProactively identifying client needs and translating them into tailored analytics solutions that drive measurable valueRequired qualifications include:8+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or client solutions in the pharmaceutical data and analytics space5+ years of experience in delivering impactful analytics projects and solutionsDeep understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, including marketing and commercial strategyExperience in using pharma industry data products to generate insights and recommendationsExcellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts through visualsDemonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and solution developmentExcellent communication, negotiation, unstructured problem solving and strategic thinking skillsPreferred qualifications include:Experience working within or in partnership with large healthcare organizationsExperience with novel AI and Data Science capabilitiesEducation:Bachelor's degree required in relevant field of studyAdvanced degree in relevant fields preferredPay Range: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
