Seasonal Wgaca Holiday SpecialistThe Seasonal WGACA Holiday Specialist delivers a positive customer experience by serving as the subject matter expert on What Goes Around Comes Around merchandise and maintaining presentations aligned with brand standards. This role drives sales and store key metric performance by providing excellent service through building relationships, clienteling, making product recommendations, and promoting the brand.What you will do:Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of personal and store key metrics.Create memorable store experiences through building genuine team, vendor, customer, and community relationships.Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience.Build customer loyalty to brand and store by delivering best-in-class service and offering tailored product recommendations to meet client needs and preferences.Leverage selling tools and digital devices to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience by confidently speaking to available inventory, assortment, and product features and benefits.Utilize brand guides and training materials to drive increased selling opportunities by building knowledge of product assortment, using advanced selling techniques, and making styling suggestions. Encourage repeat client interactions as a knowledgeable and trusted resource.Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
