Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
- Meet with your assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan shift's services.
- Make reports/recommendations concerning shift activities.
- Provide leadership to nursing personnel.
- Prepare & administer medications as ordered.
- Develop & maintain good working relationships with inter-departmental personnel.
- Monitor assigned personnel to ensure safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):
- Current Illinois Nursing License (Required)
- Current CPR certification (Preferred)
