Job Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with clients as you establish legal objectives, explain legal options, provide legal advice, and represent clients in court and mediation
  • Manage caseload and prioritize multiple cases and assignments
  • Prepare pleadings, manage all aspects of discovery, research, prepare motions, all aspects of trial preparation and trial work as second chair


Qualifications

  • Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California bar
  • Minimum of three years of T&E or civil litigation experience
  • Seeking candidate that is self-motivated, is looking for trial experience, and appreciates a high degree of responsibility under the oversight and tutelage of experienced litigators
  • Strong analytical, research, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and reprioritize caseload
