Position Summary – Marketing and Sales Assistant


Responsibilities :

·       Design marketing collateral for print and digital platforms.

·       Work with the management team to create and maintain social media strategy.

·       Maintain status of listings on company website and maintain platforms like Houzz Pro, production schedules, and sales schedules as required. Provide weekly progress reports to the sales manager and CEO.

·       Monitor sales traffic and optimize signage visibility and effectiveness.

·       Work with the sales manager to set up sales offices, attend showings and Open Houses and conduct lead follow up.

·       Regularly visit job sites and take photos of construction progress.

·       Schedule photo shoots with professional photographers.


Qualifications :

·       Proficiency in website management, social media, graphic design and photography.

·       Experience with Google Docs, Canva and other graphic design software.

·       A team player: brings a positive energy to interactions with the team; ready to jump in where needed.
