Here, every team member is valued like family.Inclusive & Empowering: We celebrate diversity and provide equal opportunities for all, ensuring everyone feels empowered to succeed.Shape the Future: Be part of a fast-growing technology company with exciting prospects and endless opportunities to make an impact.Responsibilities:Learn the company culture, products, and operational procedures.Support customers in your assigned territory.Defend and grow existing accounts and gain new accounts in the territory.Answer incoming calls to support to customer requests.Process customer orders to ensure timely shipment.Follow up the sales leads via phone, emails, and social media engagement to convert leads into sales.Outbound and cold calls to expand sales.Support dental sales in trade shows and other events.Serve as a point of contact for customer account management.Other administrative tasks as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma minimum, college degree is preferred.Experience in dental, medical, or veterinary is preferred.At least 1 year of customer care or sales experience.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a positive team member.Excellent communication and phone skills.Job is in onsite at our office location in West Jordan, UT.Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ecommerce are preferred.Customer centric focus and problem solving abilities.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm/8:00 am to 4:30 pm/9am to 5:30pm shifts depending on territory coverage in different time zoneWe Offer:Base hourly pay depending on experience and monthly sales commissions.
