This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technology leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while providing strategic direction. In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall management, strategy, and execution of all information systems and technology initiatives that support their multi-regional operations.This leadership position requires a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution, as you'll work directly with systems, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to ensure their technology environment supports business growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the information systems strategy aligned with company objectives and growth plansLead IT infrastructure planning and implementationEvaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and securityManage IT budget, vendor relationships, and resource allocationOperational ManagementOversee daily operations of all information systems, networks, servers, cloud services and infrastructureEnsure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systemsImplement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plansLead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsHands-On ExecutionActively participate in system implementations, configurations, and troubleshootingDesign and deploy network architecture, server infrastructure, and cloud solutionsManage enterprise applications, databases, and integration projectsProvide escalation support for critical technical issuesTeam LeadershipBuild, mentor, and develop the IT teamFoster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellenceCollaborate with department heads to understand technology needs and deliver solutionsEstablish IT policies, procedures, and best practices
