Senior Tax Analyst (Partnership Tax, 100% Remote)

The Senior Tax Analyst assists with partnership tax compliance, tax audits and notices and ad hoc projects as needed within the department.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the tax return compliance process by coordinating with external advisors to ensure timely filing of income tax returns and tax payments in all jurisdictions.
  • Review multistate partnership federal income tax returns and partnership state tax returns.
  • Review quarterly estimated income calculations and quarterly estimated tax payments for states.
  • Assist in special projects including due diligence and M&A transactions.


Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/tax required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Four (4) plus years of tax experience in a national CPA firm position or a corporate tax department.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to oversee multiple work assignments.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
  • Strong emphasis on advanced Excel skills.


The client is 80% remote for candidates local to the Dallas/Fort Worth market, working from the office only 1 day per week … client has been known to support fully remote when life takes their employees away for the summer …
