Develops and maintains customers for the company by the extensive application of sales and service techniques.Your responsibilities on the team include:Maintains and increases the sales volume by selling products and services to professional customersDrives and makes daily calls to numerous customers or prospective customersKeeps accurate records of calls made, expenses incurred and order volumeContinually assesses competitor actionsAssists in developing sales forecasts, territory potentials, workload analysis, target identificationContinually increases knowledge of sales skills, concepts, techniques, etc., and develops and improves sales presentationsRegularly promotes and maintains favorable customer relations for company by arranging and participating in the presentation of educational training programs for customerAttend and support social events and participate in local trade associations and civic and professional groupsRequirements include:Strong sales experience is requiredTitle, escrow, real estate experience is preferredValid driver's license and dependable transportationMust become licensed as a Title Marketing Representative by the California Department of Insurance within 30 days of hire.Life at Lennar Title:At Lennar Title, everything is included in our homes, and everyone is included on our team. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment.
