Lead Solution StrategistAs a Lead Solution Strategist, you will build the future of vendor engagement within Google Cloud's Vendor Management Organization (VMO). You will be responsible for driving solutions, innovation, and transformation across areas. This includes leading the vendorization strategy for the public sector, identifying and implementing innovative solutions from our extensive vendor ecosystem, and defining and managing the learning services vendor model. You will be instrumental in transforming the VMO into an AI-driven enterprise and driving transformation within the Google public sector. Your position offers a unique opportunity to forge outcome-based partnerships with executive industry leaders, leverage technology-driven service models for enhanced delivery control, and establish new benchmarks for partnerships within the industry.Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.5 years of experience in people management.Preferred QualificationsExperience in developing and executing vendorization strategies, specific in sales and marketing.Experience in managing and optimizing vendor models for learning services or similar functions.Track record of success in developing and implementing strategic vendor management solutions.Ability to lead innovation and drive transformation within complex vendor ecosystems.Ability to effectively convey complex information to audiences.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
