TRC Talent Solutions has a direct hire opportunity for a Senior Superintendent in Denton, TX. This position is with a leader in Data Center operations.

The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for providing on-site coordination for all phases of data center construction projects. This includes coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are followed, and construction is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule subcontractors and vendors for all necessary portions of construction
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed
• Ensure the scope of work is completed and executed fully
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
• Identify non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards
• Identify conflict in construction progress and find resolution
• Maintain a written log of activities on the jobsite daily
• Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning
• Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion
• Complete other duties consistent with the position as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of construction experience required
• Data Center construction experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Yardi, Procor, and Prolog preferred
• Experience with Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade)
