Program Installation Support AnalystThis position will directly support stakeholders from the Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) and Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) (formerly SPAWAR) organizations within PMW-790 (Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office) with installation tracking. Specifically, the analyst will help a selection of programs with the planning, management and execution of product installations.
Responsibilities
Represent client interests and consult customers on business processes by having a firm grasp of Navy, government, and industry best practicesUnderstand general DoD financial rules and guidelines in order to work closely with or as a financial analyst, ensuring all projects are adequately resourcedProvide simple reconciliation reports, expenditure projections, and historical cost assessmentsManage technical and programmatic information within multiple databases (SPIDER/CAPS, NDE, CMPro, SMART, SharePoint)Coordinate with engineering, logistics or budget, to obtain necessary documentation for various programmatic, financial, and technical evaluationsPerform data integrity analyses, data analytics and ad hoc drillsDesired Skills and Work Experience:Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Critical ThinkingData AnalyticsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenUndergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience (BS in Business)Strong organizational aptitude, able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneouslyMotivated to work independently and with little supervisionThrives in a collaborative environmentAdvanced Excel skills preferredPrior database experience preferredKnowledge of US Navy or military in general preferredPrior PEO C4I, NAVWAR, Navy, or government acquisition and contracting experience preferred (not required)Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate helpfulMust be a US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
