We are seeking an experienced EDI Customer Service Representative with a strong background in managing EDI transactions and working with major retailers, particularly Target. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling order processing, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between our company and our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- EDI Order Management: Process and manage EDI orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry and fulfillment.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, shipments, and returns.
- Retailer Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for Target and other retail partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring adherence to their specific requirements.
- Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain data accuracy in the EDI system, troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to order status, inventory levels, and customer feedback to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in EDI order management, with specific experience working with Target or similar major retailers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EDI systems and software, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data management.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
