You'll play a key role in driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of key products that support our clients' employee generated content goals. You'll work cross-functionally with design, software engineering, marketing, and client success to build solutions that are innovative, scalable, and drive real value for users.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the product roadmap for one or more key initiatives in alignment with business goals.Translate customer insights, market trends, and data into clear product requirements and user stories.Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and feedback from stakeholders.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, timely product releases.Communicate product updates and strategic priorities to leadership, stakeholders, and client-facing teams.Analyze product performance and user behavior to inform iterative improvements and future development.Advocate for the voice of the customer and maintain a high standard of UX.Ensure product documentation is clear, accurate, and kept up-to-date.Qualifications:5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or a related field.Proven success managing all stages of the product lifecyclefrom discovery to launch to iteration.Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and trade-offs.Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like SQL or Looker to explore product performance.Passion for solving complex problems and delivering elegant, intuitive user experiences.Experience with social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) or media buying tools is a plus.Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and other modern product development tools.Why Join BN?Impactful Work: Be part of a team that shapes the future of creator marketing for some of the world's most respected brands.Innovative Environment: Work with cutting-edge technology and creative solutions in an environment that fosters risk-taking and innovation.Career Growth: BN supports your professional growth and provides opportunities to advance within a rapidly evolving industry.Ready to join us on this exciting journey?
