You will lead by example through New Balances Core Competencies./ph3Major Responsibilities/h3pBe a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while communicating and coaching professionally with all associates/ppBe results driven in achieving our store key performance indicators through training and development of our associates/ppMay assist store manager in creating the schedule and taking the lead in floor moves/ppDeliver a great guest experience utilizing our GUEST service model/ppBe operationally sound, opening/closing the store, inventory control, operational procedures/ppBe involved in recruiting/interviewing/hiring of top talent/ppFollow safety and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures/ph3Requirements for Success/h3pMust be 18 years of age or older/pp2 years retail supervisory experience preferred/ppHigh school diploma or equivalent educational experience/ppDemonstrated leadership ability/ppStrong customer service and verbal communication skills/ppWillingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays/ppAbility to: lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location)/ppSuburban Square, PA Retail Only Pay Range: $17.96 - $22.42 - $26.93 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)/ppOur products are only as good as the people we hire, so we make sure to hire the best and treat them accordingly.
