Sales Effectiveness oversees a broad range of functions including implementing coaching and training programs, establishing standardized sales practices and business processes, implementing efficiency tools, and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and IT teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.As part of the Sales Effectiveness team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvement in sales team effectiveness and efficiency and then researching, implementing, and managing technical tools and solutions to drive efficiency and revenue growth, identifying opportunities for automation and the use of technology to improve processes, coordinating with IT to adapt internal technology to best support the sales go-to-market approach, and owning the strategy for getting the most benefit out of our existing technical infrastructure. You'll identify ways to make the sales team more effective and efficient at scale leveraging process design and technology strategies (e.g., AI introduction, CRM improvements). You will directly contribute to some of the most impactful programs driving the success of our fast-growing team of 500+ sales representatives. Join us at Homes.com and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional resultsSkills and Abilities:Eagerness to gain in-depth product and market knowledge to inform decision-making, as well as in-depth knowledge on the sales process and go to market approach to identify improvementsComfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Marketing, Product, and external vendorsExperience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, where you have successfully led initiatives to drive measurable outcomesComfortable engaging with senior leadership and executives to communicate project updates, results, and recommendationsStrong problem-solving skillsProcess design and documentation for sales and servicingAbility to leverage data insights and team best practices to design actionable solutionsOriginating work products from scratchProactive problem-solver with a hands-on, results-driven approachA can-do attitude, strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and willingness to figure out what it takes to win and mobilize against the visionComfortable working autonomously and making decisions amidst ambiguityDesire to be a part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of productivityStrong organizational skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detailKey Responsibilities:Own the lifecycle of sales technology tools, including CRM integrations, enablement platforms, automation tools, and AI-powered solutionsIdentify gaps and recommend new tools or enhancements that improve sales workflows, productivity, and reportingManage relationships with third-party tool vendors and internal teams such as IT, product, and marketing to ensure smooth implementation, maintenance, and troubleshootingBuild or improve automated processes that reduce manual effort for the sales teamStay ahead of emerging trends in sales tech, automation, and AI; drive adoption of relevant innovationsLead initiatives from strategy phase through execution including defining objectives, success criteria, and outcome metrics, design of solutions, change management, education, and implementationManage project timelines including holding internal teams and stakeholders accountable for deadlines, clear input, and directionRegularly communicate progress on projects and tasks, promptly flagging any potential risks or challenges, and seek clarification as needed to foster an open line of communication and collaborationAnalyze current operations to identify areas for improvement, applying process improvement and problem-solving strategies. Develop and implement solutions, which may include improvement of existing technical infrastructure, implementation of a new solution, or other innovation to existing workflowsDevelop and deliver high-quality documentation, presentations, and other materials to support initiatives, tailored to specific audiencesBring creative ideas to brainstorming sessions and ad-hoc projectsUtilize data and analytics to measure the success of new programs and initiativesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or CollegeA track record of commitment to prior employers3+ years of experience in sales enablement, operations, product management, sales, or consulting or related field with a focus on sales technologyHands-on experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar platformsUnderstanding of process automation, integrations, and AI-powered tools in a sales contextProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with large sales or operational teams in high-growth settingsExperience leading technology implementation projectsExperience integrating multiple sales and marketing systems (e.g., CRM, enablement platforms)Exposure to AI-powered tools used in sales workflows (e.g., conversational intelligence, automated follow-ups, lead scoring)Certification in Salesforce, HubSpot, or other major sales platformsUnderstanding of data governance, tool administration, and security best practicesPrevious experience partnering closely with IT and vendor partners to manage user experience, integrations, and business requirementsWorking knowledge of APIs, data syncing, and technical troubleshooting (no coding required, but technical fluency is a plus)Detail-oriented and able to execute multiple projects at various stages of developmentAbility to multi-task and prioritize projects based on urgencyAbility to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignmentsExcellent time management, communication, and organizational skillsWhat's In It For You?When you join CoStar Group, you'll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
