About the Role:


  • In this position you will provide patient care for our Medicare Advantage patients that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for the treatment of health problems and the promotion of health with preventative care as the core approach.


  • This role will take you out of the “home” clinic and into a mobile van going to the patient or imbedded with one of our partner clinics for a day.



Required Qualifications:


  • Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program or a Master of Physician Assistant Studies
  • Active and unrestricted NP, APRN, or PA license for New Mexico or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Current, active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Active Nurse Practitioner certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
