Job Description: As a Pharmacy Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care and health outcomes while ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy. Your expertise in medication management and customer service will be instrumental in providing quality healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, ensuring a positive experience. Consultation Services: Counsel patients on medication use, including potential side effects and drug interactions. Pharmacy Operations: Accurately dispense medications and manage inventory in compliance with regulatory standards. Immunization Services: Offer immunizations and preventive health services to the community. Team Development: Assist in training and developing pharmacy staff to foster a collaborative environment. Healthcare Partnerships: Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and participate in community outreach initiatives. Qualifications: BS in Pharmacy or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. Current pharmacist licensure in the relevant states. Experience with prescription dispensing and pharmacy operations. Certified Immunizer or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days.
