DMV is seeking a CDL Support Technician. The CDL Program Support Tech. is a technical position within a high-volume DMV regulatory unit. The position is responsible for researching, evaluating, and updating CDL and driver history records to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations. The role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of driver history records and assisting in resolving duplicate pointers through the SPEXS system, helping Virginia remain compliant with REAL ID requirements.The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, serves approximately 6.2 million licensed drivers and ID card holders with over 8.4 million registered vehicles.
