Your Impact:

  • Craft Legal Solutions: Lead in estate planning, probate, and business formation.
  • Client Engagement: Meet clients, assess needs, provide expert legal counsel, and build lasting relationships.
  • Document Mastery: Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more.
  • Business Planning: Assist in designing business structures and tax planning.
  • Legal Research: Stay updated on laws and regulations.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and lead.
  • Court Representation: Attend hearings, represent clients in contested probate matters. Assist lead counsel with matters appealed to Superior Court.

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business formation
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school in good standing
  • Active Georgia state bar membership
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and public speaking abilities
  • Thrive in a time-sensitive, high-energy, and demanding environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt and respond swiftly to urgent matters
