This role provides strategic leadership and technical direction across multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring modernization efforts are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with mission-critical objectives. Position may be located at Cheyenne Mountain SFS, Peterson SFB, and/or Schriever SFB. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X./ppResponsibilities Major Job Activities:/pulliManages all program engineering efforts, staffing, team dynamics./liliParticipates in all design reviews, tests, logistics efforts./liliOversees and supports engineering teams assigned to each phase of DAF BIM from survey to OM./liliBriefs leadership stakeholders regarding engineering efforts./liliWrites engineering plans, findings, recommendations./liliSupports development and review of preliminary and final SPRIP./liliEnforces engineering standards, policies, and regulations./liliProvides input to Master Scheduler regarding sequencing of tasks, durations, dependencies, deliverables, and milestones./liliCoordinates resource assignments with Program Manager and Task Order Project Managers./liliAttends or provides engineering resources to support customer meetings such as the PAC, KOM, IPT, and Program Status./liliPlans transition services with Program Manager, including WITO and OM./li/ulpMaterial Equipment Directly Used:/pulliProficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)./liliExperience working with DoD or USG programs./li/ulpWorking Environment: Office environment with potential to support austere locations.
