Position Overview:


We seek an experienced and visionary School Principal to lead our school in achieving educational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effective leadership, a passion for student success, and the ability to foster a positive school culture. Our face-to-face instruction takes place 3:30 pm- 8:00 pm, Monday- Friday.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide instructional leadership to promote the academic, social, and emotional success of all students.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school in collaboration with staff, students, parents, and the community.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including staff supervision, curriculum implementation, and resource management.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate.
  • Evaluate and support the professional development of staff.
  • Engage with the school community to build strong partnerships and ensure open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and policies.


Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in Education or a related field
  • Valid state principal certification.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in school administration, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as principal.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional practices, and assessment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
