The Litigation Paralega/Secretary will be responsible for all phases of civil litigation from filing with Courts, through discovery and trial preparation.
Candidates must have previous experience organizing exhibits, coordinating with witnesses, and preparing trial notebooks for trial. This candidate will also be responsible for, and should have previous experience with, drafting and editing complaints, motions, briefs, replies, discovery, and Judicial Council Forms, as well as other pleadings and correspondence.
Other responsibilities include assisting in maintaining attorney’s calendars in line with statutorily required deadlines and coordinating with clients in scheduling conferences, mediations, or depositions.
The firm uses G-Suite for their document management and calendaring systems.
