With a team of 350+ and annual revenue of $400M, they deliver high-impact projects across Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia, specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, and entertainment builds ranging from $10M to over $200M.Job DescriptionManage daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow and resolve issues. Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance. Lead project planning, execution, and closeout activities. Serve as the primary on-site liaison for project managers, clients, and inspectors. Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, schedules, and progress reports. Mentor assistant superintendents and junior field staff as needed.
