Accounts Payable ClerkTrillium Construction is hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk in West Chester, PA to work with a nationwide utilities and telecommunications contractor.Qualified candidates will be responsible for all clerical tasks related to payable transactions.Duties:Review all invoices and check requests for accuracy, appropriate documentation, and approval prior to paymentSort and distribute all incoming mailProcess invoices into accounting purchase order system for approvalPrioritize invoices according to payment terms and agingProcess all check requestsAudit and process all reimbursable expenses and credit card billsRespond to all vendor inquires reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepanciesAssist with month/year end closingMaintain all records and vendor files accurately in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting practicesAssist managers with account analysis and reporting as requiredCompensation:Hourly rate between $28/hr - $34/hr, or $60,000 - $70,000 annuallyPaid Vacation & Sick DaysMedical/Dental PlansMatching 401(k) Retirement Savings PlanESOP Retirement PlanQualifications:Knowledge of general accounting principles specifically those related to accounts payable (1 to 3 years of experience)Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & OutlookExcellent communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skillsExcellent data entry and management skills while paying attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillTrillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
