Job description Architect | Team Lead


Are you a visionary architect with a passion for building high-performing teams? BuildTX Solutions, a Texas Women Owned builder, is seeking a dynamic Architect Team Lead to join our Dallas office.


Summary:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of 4-6 architects
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams (Bilingual is a plus)
  • Develop innovative designs and translate them into detailed plans
  • Salary: Depending on experience


Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative architectural designs tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to understand requirements.
  • Use digital design tools for concept development.
  • Translate designs into detailed plans and blueprints.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
  • Present proposals and address client feedback (strong verbal and written communication skills needed).


Desired Profile:

  • Skill Set: Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and AI). Strong conceptual and spatial design skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail.
