White Mountain Physical Therapy is seeking a full time physical therapist. Our small but mighty crew is excited to find the next perfect match for our ever growing and close knit team

WMPT was started by husband and wife team, Matt and Hannah Kurz, as a way to reclaim our power and passion in the field after we realized we had become completely drained by the “PT mills” we both found ourselves in post grad. Just 4 years into our careers as physical therapists and we we were burnt out - we felt unsupported by our mangers/clinical directors, pressured by impossible productivity standards, and found ourselves losing the passion for the evidence based, autonomous careers we were so driven for in grad school. So we started a place of our own where we could have the autonomy to provide best practices to our clients and grow as practitioners.

Now almost 4 years later, White Mountain Physical Therapy has been the restart to the careers we'd always hoped for and has grown exponentially At WMPT, we value work-life balance, schedule flexibility, practitioner autonomy, coworker collaboration, integration into local community, and evidence based practices. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $41.00 per hour
