Sr. Manager / Director Intelligent ManufacturingThe Sr. Manager / Director Intelligent Manufacturing will provide leadership in business development and consulting for intelligent manufacturing transformation projects. This role demands an experienced leader who can drive go-to-market, manage complex client engagements, and deliver innovative solutions across a range of manufacturing topics. The ideal candidate is a thought leader with broad industry exposure and a pragmatic, holistic approach to digital transformation. Responsibilities include leading sales, business development, and consulting initiatives for intelligent manufacturing solutions, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, overseeing project delivery, mentoring and guiding consulting teams, and being an expert and visionary in manufacturing.Mandatory skills and experience include a bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field, minimum 8 years of experience in go-to-market sales, business development, consulting, or strategy roles focused on manufacturing operations, quality, service, or digital transformation, proven ability to lead projects and deliver solutions in complex, client-facing environments, exposure to multiple industries with a strong foundation in manufacturing, excellent communication and ability to develop impactful presentations, fluency with AI/GenAI, data analytics, and software platforms manufacturing systems, experience enabling large transformation programs within manufacturing, and experience in selling and managing multiple capabilities within Industry 4.0.Preferred skills and experience include experience in consulting or services leadership roles within industry, technology or service manufacturing firm, experience working in factories or with manufacturing end-users, strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to digital transformation and operational improvement, strong network within the manufacturing and technology sectors, track record of client/account/program management, and track record of thought leadership demonstrated through public speaking, white papers, or industry publications.About Capgemini Invent: As the digital innovation, design and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, Capgemini Invent enables CxOs to envision and shape the future of their businesses.
