Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Horsham, PA. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical engineering and be proficient in SolidWorks, Creo Electrical, and Capital Logic. Additionally, the role requires regular collaboration with customers who utilize AutoCAD, making proficiency in AutoCAD essential. This position involves designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting and improving existing designs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Design & Development: Design, develop, and optimize electrical systems using SolidWorks and Creo Electrical.
  • Schematics & Documentation: Create and review electrical schematics and documentation using Capital Logic.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.
  • AutoCAD Projects: Utilize AutoCAD for customer-specific projects and ensure compliance with industry and customer specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve design and manufacturing issues related to electrical systems.
  • Product Improvement: Support product development and continuous improvement by providing innovative electrical solutions.
  • Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and technical specifications for electrical designs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with strong expertise in SolidWorks, Creo Electrical, and Capital Logic.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience working on customer-specific projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in electrical engineering.
  • Experience in the design and development of complex electrical systems.
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies and tools as required.
