IT Manager

Position: IT Manager

Location: Great River, NY (In-Person), approximately 15% travel locally

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation and execution of IT related projects
• Support technology systems within our Restaurant and Catering locations (POS, DVR/NVR Camera Systems, Meraki Networking System, Audio and Phone Systems, TV)
• Manage and Support Online Ordering Systems and 3 Party Ordering infrastructure
• User and license management for various sites and systems across the company
• Provide technical support for Mac OS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices
• Maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) system for Corporate owned products
• Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels to make educated recommendations for potential improvement
• Help define IT infrastructure, strategy, and processes
• Analyze business needs by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and solve for IT needs
• Assess vendors and develop testing protocols for new hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal IT
• Define, update, and enforce PCI based policies
• Manage all IT related tasks for NRO
• Build and update support documentation for Lessing’s

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent working experience)
• 2-5 years experience in IT Restaurant Operations
• Prior experience managing large IT project and the roll-out of IT infrastructure
• Ability to provide excellent technical support
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience
• Ability to learn on the fly, adapt, and problem solve
• Excellent knowledge of restaurants, computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, data storage systems, and Office 365
• Strong Networking experience (Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco Meraki products)
• Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
