Job Description Payroll Administrator Job Summary: The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing payroll functions for the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Deltek ComputerEase software and be knowledgeable in payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: · Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. · Manage payroll data entry, including new hires, terminations, wage changes, and deductions within Deltek ComputerEase. · Prepare and analyze payroll reports, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy. · Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, including tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and direct deposits. · Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws and reporting requirements. · Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and reconciliation. · Collaborate with Finance and HR departments to ensure seamless payroll processing and accurate record-keeping. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in legislation impacting payroll. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . · Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration. · Strong expertise in Deltek ComputerEase is a plus. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related software. · Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. · Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
