Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Lycée Français de San Francisco, located in San Francisco, CA. The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering math lessons, creating lesson plans, and providing mathematics education to secondary school students. The teacher will also be expected to effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education
  • Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
  • Qualified Teacher Certification
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with technology integration in teaching
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience teaching in an international or multicultural environment is a plus
