Job duties will include, but aren't limited to:Process accounts receivablesAssist with month-end closeAssist with other general administrative tasksThis position is full-time and located in our Hanover, MD office. Our office hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. We do not offer remote or hybrid schedule options.QualificationsCandidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in bookkeeping or a similar position. We use multiple software platforms, so the candidate must feel comfortable navigating different systems and working on two monitors. MRI software experience is a plus.Qualified candidates must:Have excellent computer skillsHave a keen attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracyHave superb organizational skillsBe reliableBe able to work independently and as part of a teamBe able to input data quickly & accuratelyBe able to work in a fast-paced environmentBe a self-motivated and dependable professionalBe able to perform job functions with minimal supervisionBe able to prioritize and multitaskBe able to identify errors and solve problemsBe a strong time manager with respect for deadlinesAdditional InformationThis job description is not all-inclusive and is intended to describe the general nature and work responsibilities of this position.
