MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (BA) in computer science, business, statistics, or related field or equivalent experience 6 years' experience in business analytics and project management role, with 3 of those years in a lead role PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Formal exposure to Agile delivery methods or Lean Six-Sigma Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI • Experience mentoring or coaching Strong domain experience for assigned area CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Project Management certification preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Industry and business unit expertise, specifically business operations, business model, and operational best practices for assigned business area(s).
