Military encouraged to apply.Job DescriptionThe purpose of this job is to develop, implement and enhance human resource (HR) initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver a work environment where team members can thrive.In this role you will:Work closely with senior leaders and HR teams to align policies with business objectives to address people challenges and drive meaningful resultsEnsure that HR strategies and policies are integrated effectively to meet organizational needs and deliver enterprise initiativesProvide expert guidance and mentorship to senior leaders to enhance productivity, improve retention and drive team member engagementAssess and anticipate leader and team member needs across the organization and develop integrated solutionsCreate and lead the execution of talent strategies that balance talent and skills and deliver meaningful resultsEnsure business continuity through the development of leaders at all levels and the creation and execution of detailed succession plansAnalyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that eliminate or minimize risk and improve cultureDrive leadership accountability and consistency in the application and execution of discipline across all levelsServe as subject matter expert and key point of contact for senior leadership on all HR mattersManage and resolve complex employee relations issues including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigationsDirect compliance of federal, state, provincial, and company HR policies and regulations (e.g., Wage and Hour, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO)Maintain internal control environment in accordance with Sarbanes-OxleyThis position is reporting to AmandaQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or human resources management requiredProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferredMinimum five years' experience in employee relations, talent management and talent acquisition preferredIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsInterpersonal and relationship building skillsStrong decision making, problem solving, and judgment skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to remain objective and use tact to resolve team member issuesAbility to think strategicallyInternal networking and teamworkAbility to courageously negotiate, influence others and challenge assumptionsTeam building skillsDemonstrate integrity and ethical behavior* Travel required up to 50% *Additional Information Nation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision 401(k) Flexible Spending Accounts Adoption Assistance Tuition Reimbursement Weekly Pay#LI-EM1
