In this role, you will support our Durable Goods Business Unit, to ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards efficiently and cost-effectively.


About the position:


You will be instrumental in supporting our Business Unit to achieve compliance with various regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include various tasks such as:

• Authoring Safety Data Sheets and preparing regulatory labeling content,

• Ensuring product compliance with requirements, at international to local levels,

• Utilizing company systems to communicate regulatory assessment outcomes to stakeholders,

• Working within cross-functional teams to manage regulatory documentation and data,

• Consulting with Senior Product Stewardship Specialists to resolve issues,

• Developing knowledge in technical and regulatory topics related to Durable Goods,

• Responding to product stewardship and regulatory inquiries,

• Performing additional duties or projects as needed,

• Adhering to Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and company-specific safety guidelines.


About the expected profile:


The position is proposed under a V.I.E. contract for 18 months with compulsory criteria regarding eligibility from Business France (a French Government Institution): for the departure, you must be a European citizen, postgraduate and younger than 29 yo.


You justify of:

• a Master’s degree in Chemistry, in such relevant field like Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science.

• Prior experience in product stewardship/regulatory affairs is preferred.

• Strong aptitude in reactive (polymer) chemistries.

• Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office.

• Quick learner of new tools/systems and data relationships.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

• Ability to work with diverse groups, including R&D, Product Line Managers, Customer Service, and more.

• Self-starter to drive tasks, goals and assigned projects in an accurate and timely fashion with minimal supervision.

• Professional English skills are required, France skills are nice to have.
