As a Production Manager, you will be fully accountable for achieving daily production goals, maintaining high quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe, high-performance work environment.Pay Rate: $110-125KShift: 1st shiftWhy You'll Love This RoleKeep It Running: Play a critical part in keeping production and teams at peak performance to meet and/or exceed growth objectives.Hands-On Coordination: Production metrics, accountability, and strong leadership are just a few ways you will make an impact.Room to Grow: Build on your leadership, manufacturing, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with technicians, leadership, and planners to keep everything moving.What You'll Be DoingProduction & OTD Management: Direct all aspects of the daily production schedule, coordinating diverse resources (materials, personnel, equipment) to achieve on-time delivery (OTD) and volume targets within budget.Process Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of the production process and the tools and equipment used to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.Specialized Integration: Oversee manufacturing lines dedicated to the integration of complex systems, specifically managing the assembly, testing, validation, and reparation of products at the manufacturing site.Quality & Metrics: Coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet production quality and quantity metrics. Drive the attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs) for yield, cost reduction, and throughput.Business Impact: Apply in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business unit and how decisions impact customer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery, and the profitability of the unit to guide operational strategy.Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and develop robust, repeatable production processes.Communication & Reporting: Effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers on production status, escalations, and resolution plans, and provide timely, accurate reports to senior management.Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all EHS policies and regulatory requirements.What We're Looking For7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in high-volume electronics or complex system manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years in a direct management role.Proven experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or related high-tech hardware. Direct experience with liquid cooling and rack-level (L11+) integration is an asset.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field.Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, manage, train, and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production levels in a highly dynamic environment.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing control systems, process flow, and modern quality methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA).Ability to use some or all of the following applications: Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, PowerPoint.Take the Next Step in Your Leadership Career If you're ready to be part of a team that values results, efficiency, accuracy, and collaborationwe want to hear from you.
