Experience: At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (6+ months of supervisory experience preferred). Leadership Skills: Ability to multitask, motivate your team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism. Physical Stamina: Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and to travel to different locations as needed. Certification: Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.
